My every day makeup picks

It wasn’t until I started planning this post that I realised just how many different products I use on my face, pretty much every day. It’s actually made me feel pretty guilty so I think I’ll be upping my skincare routine to compensate!

Gingham | The High Street Edit

Hands up who wore a gingham dress every summer throughout primary school? Did you have the frilly socks to match too? Snap! For spring/summer 2017 it’s back. From never ending ruffles at HOH, floor length checked gowns at Carolina Herrera and beautiful tailored pieces at Altuzzara, gingham has gone grown up.

Traditional black and white checks are updated with cut out shoulders, embroidery and modern silhouettes. If monochrome isn’t your thing (really?), try red, purple or blue checks for a fresh spring take on this playground hero.
